Better than pen and paper
I do the Insanity workout about twice a year. This is better than downloading the .pdf or .jpeg of the workout schedule.
Pros:
- Workout schedule in order
- Place to record weekly measurements
- Can save selfies too see Day 1 vs Day X
Recommended improvements: I use a heart rate monitor. It would be awesome to track time, ave HR, peak HR and calories burned and add them to the graph function.
